Who are we the right place for?
For families, groups of friends, nature enthusiasts and clubs who want to spend their holiday exactly as they please. Our concept for this is as simple as it is flexible: We have the houses, the location and the possibilities – what you make of it is entirely up to you.
We offer you two fully equipped self-catering houses at different locations. We strictly apply the principle: “One house, one guest group”. This means: No strangers in the house, no hotel routine and no set mealtimes – you enjoy 100% privacy and organize your holiday completely independently.
Our Self-Catering Houses & their Location
Anderles-Alm Holiday Home
- Space for 11 to 17 people
- Located at 1,680 m above sea level in the area of the Tauernbergalm.
- Ideally located on the edge of the forest in summer – perfect for nature experiences right on the border between forest and alpine pastures.
- In winter, the ski area is just around the corner and the Tauernberg lift is only approx. 350 m from the house.
Römerhütte Holiday Home
- Space for 18 to 25 people
- In an alpine location at 2,200 m above sea level on the Fallbichl high plateau – you are already well above the tree line here.
- The journey is an experience in itself: In summer you can reach the hut via the toll Grossglockner High Alpine Road, in winter arrival is exclusively via the gondola lift.
- The nearest ski lift is only approx. 450 m away.

- The facts: Spacious rooms for the whole group, fully equipped kitchens for shared meals as well as exclusive highlights such as BBQ hut and private sauna, which you do not have to share with anyone.

- We provide you with the base right on the mountain. The program? Is entirely up to you.
- Whether you actively conquer nature or just relax and chill with the people who are important to you – you decide completely freely what your perfect day looks like.
In Winter
- A snow-sure ski area, varied slopes and an extensive freeride arena await you.
